BLITZ 47
Privacy policy
Updated on November 1, 2026.
Blitz 47 is a choice-based game that runs in the browser. We store as little as possible about you. This page explains what is stored, what for, who with, for how long and how to ask us to delete it. It follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law 13.709/2018).
Who is responsible
Sales Consultoria e Serviços de Informática Ltda., CNPJ 10.261.932/0001-41, which publishes Blitz 47. Contact for anything about privacy: contato@blitz47.com.
What stays on your device
- Your career (the save). It stays in the browser on your phone or computer. Without a license, it stays only there.
- The email and license of anyone who came in through an invite.
- Your preferences, like the page language and the game settings (sound, animations, strong language). These also stay only on the device.
What we receive
- Your email, if you join the beta list. We use it to tell you about the test and the launch, call some people to play early and send game news, at most one email every 2 days. The legal basis is your consent: you join by ticking the box and leave whenever you want, through the link in each email or by writing to us. Stored with the email are the date, the version of the text you accepted, the page language and, when there is one, where you came from (the campaign link). The list is kept on Supabase and emails go through Resend. If you leave, we stop sending and delete your contact from Resend. Our list then keeps only the email, the dates, the version of the text you accepted and an internal code for the leave link, to prove consent and not send again. If you ask us to delete it, we do, except for what the law requires us to keep. To block abuse, the IP address goes only as a scrambled code into an attempt counter.
- If you are called to the test, your email is also kept in the license record, with a single-use entry code stored scrambled. The legal basis is your request to join the test. It stays until the end of the beta or until you ask us to delete it. We also use this email to send the entry code and notices about the test and your career copy. The basis is legitimate interest. To stop receiving them, write to us or use the link in the email. Launch, sales and coupon emails only with your consent.
- A copy of your career, if you have a license (you bought it or were invited). It is kept on Supabase, linked to the license and, through it, to your email, so you don't lose your career if you change devices or clear your browser. It holds the game progress and what you chose in it, like your character's name, gender and family. In our dashboard, we see next to your email how far you've got (careers, endings and chapter), to follow the test and give support. The legal basis is performing the service and, for that follow-up, legitimate interest. The copy is deleted within 30 days after the license is cut or refunded, or when you ask. You can delete it yourself in Settings, Your progress: the game deletes the copy and stops saving until you turn it back on. With an active license and the cloud on, the game saves a new copy the next time you play. If you can't get into the game, just write to us.
- Technical log inside that copy, to fix bugs. The career copy also keeps a record of each closed case (the case, the solution, the game's seed and version, the clues and the evidence you submitted, with the status of each), your last 50 actions in the Dossier (linking, unlinking, verifying, cross-checking, marking evidence and accusing) and screen errors, only with the type and the program's file and line, with date and version. This log has no text written by you and no email, but it stays linked to your license. It doesn't show on our dashboard. We only open it when you report a problem, and only to find and fix the fault. In that case, the analysis may use artificial intelligence tools (Anthropic and OpenAI), with this log only, without your email. The case record covers your last 30 careers and is deleted with the copy, on the same deadlines. The basis is legitimate interest, and you can object by writing to us. Without a license, this log stays on your device only.
- If you arrive through a campaign link, we store the campaign with a random device number, without your name or email. It stays until the end of the beta.
- Visit and game statistics, without identifying anyone. We use Umami, which uses no cookies and doesn't store your IP address. It counts things like how many people opened the page, from what type of device and country, and how far the career got. These numbers can't tell us who you are. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in knowing whether the game works and where it gets stuck.
- Your comment, if you send one through the game's test button. This button only appears for beta testers. The comment goes to a Google form with the name you write (if you write one), the text, the game version, the device type and the point in the game where you were (chapter, scene and choice). The legal basis is your consent: it only goes if you send it.
- Server access logs. Like any website, the hosting (Hostinger) logs the IP address, date and time of each access. These logs are kept for six months, because the law requires it (Brazil's Marco Civil da Internet, Law 12.965/2014, art. 15), and are not used for anything else.
Who the data goes through
Only the services that make the site and the game work: Hostinger (hosting), Supabase (server and email list), Resend (email sending), Umami (statistics), Google (the page's fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP to deliver the file, and the beta comment form). Only when you report a problem, the technical log may also go through Anthropic and OpenAI, for analysis by artificial intelligence, without your email. These services may process data outside Brazil, such as in the United States and the European Union, only for the purposes on this page. We don't sell or lend your data to anyone and we don't run targeted ads based on what you do in the game.
Cookies
The page and the game don't use tracking cookies. What stays in your browser is the save and the preferences, described above. If that ever changes, this page changes first, and we ask for your permission when the law requires it.
Age
Blitz 47 is not recommended for anyone under 16. The beta list and the licenses are for people 16 or older. If we learn that someone is under 16, we delete the email, the license and the career copy.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to know what data of yours we have, correct it, delete it or take it elsewhere, and you can withdraw consent to the email list. Just write to contato@blitz47.com. We answer within 15 days.
Changes
When Blitz 47 starts selling the full career, this policy will gain a section on payment and purchase. The date at the top of the page always shows the last change.
